Art & Soul Graphics, a sydney-based entity, ceased trading on 30 June 2025 and the company has since been placed into liquidation, appointing Liam Bellamy and John Kukulovski from RRI Advisory as liquidators in April 2026.

Sprinter spoke with consultant Kevin Zammitt, who said, “The entity formally known as Art & Soul Graphics ceased trading on 30 June 2025, with branding withdrawn at that time to avoid any market confusion. The subsequent appointment of a liquidator forms part of the formal process to conclude the company’s affairs.

“During this period, considerable care was taken to ensure an orderly transition, including the reconciliation of accounts and prioritisation of employees, with continuity of employment maintained where possible. Contractor and supplier obligations were also addressed appropriately prior to liquidation.”

In reference to Art & Soul Creations – which is still operating and going well – Zammitt said these are two different entities and they should be considered separately.

Sprinter contacted Art & Soul Creations managing director John Nicolas and asked what the liquidation of Art & Soul Graphics means, to which he said is “just normal business changes”…
